(freelance project manager and data analyst for the Central Office of Information, Home Office, NHS) & Kieran Lynch (performance manager for NHS and military history author) will explore the latest initiatives in public sector project management approaches and specifically PRINCE2. Both qualified trainers this presentation gives a firm grounding in this highly-influential system.
This is compared to project management in the arts & media with Ben Pugh from Screen Yorkshire. His credits include the Bradford Mela, York Mystery Plays and the 8ight8onic digital arts festival.
