Four amazing days!
Day One - Thursday, October 21
The regular MUD event this month is focused on regional filmmakers. Did you know we have two feature film projects in the area? Making the most of digital production opportunities and a host of unseen locations. We are joined by people who have done it! Sean Vincent and Andre Renner from Nottingham's Sonic Dub Records moved successfully into feature films last year and take us through the process.
Day Two - Friday, October 22
Media:Education:Interface - a conference of case studies. Featuring regional businesses, colleges, media companies and even a nursery school. Find out how education is changing and the opportunities are for your business. 10am-4pm.
Home Sweet Home - featuring End of Level Baddie fresh from his triumph at Reading & Leeds Festival, this Hull bunch are known for their media-rich DJ sets. Using the latest digital kit, lighting, video and a four-deck combination they are joined tonight by the FunkyWormHole sound system 7pm-Midnight.
Day Three - Saturday, October 23
Media Market - welcoming the public and local businesses to the HumberMUD sector. Book your table-tops to meet new customers and show them what you can do. Web companies, video, designers and those with expertise in social media and blogging will all be on hand to show the difference we make. Workshops are being planned - let us know if you want to boost your profile with a specialist topic. 9-5pm.
Old Technologies Ball 7pm-Midnight
It's A Wind-Up Gramophone DJs - last seen on River Cottage. Dinner by Fudge - two courses, veggie options, yum. Lyn Acton Trio - Manchester-based jazz heroes. Domanic Li - close-up magician at your table! Plus some genuine pieces from the Stonehenge of digital history. Tickets £15 on sale via email. Places are limited!
Day Four - Sunday, October 24
A special screening of Shoot The DJ alongside the Humber City promo and the best regional films from MUD businesses and filmmakers. Works in progress are welcome alongside previous triumphs - get in touch to show, get along to view.

The Hull event takes place on the third Thursday of each month and the South Bank event on the second Tuesday.
