Made in Hull - thisisUll.com announces the release of it's latest development -  iPoetryXL ApplicationVersion 1.0 for the iPad

Following the release the iPhone poetry App, iPoetry in December 2009, www.thisisUll.com has now produced a new version for the iPad, iPoetryXL which is available now for download from the iTunes App Store at www.itunes.com/apps/iPoetryXL.

iPoetryXL takes poetry anthologies into the twenty-first century by using digital distribution via the iPhone/iPod platform. It combines video and audio footage with the written word and showcases the best poetry talent to a global audience of millions of iPhone users.

The first and currently only App of its kind on general release, iPoetryXL offers all writers the opportunity to have their poetry published using this new technology. As with the iPhone version, iPoetry, any writer now has a multi media platform to display their work for all the world to see!

iPoetryXL has been designed and developed by thisisull to encourage and promote all forms of  poetry.  All writers are invited to submit their poetry for inclusion in the App with the option to also provide images and video, adding another dimension to the finished product.

iPoetry is a regularly updated service and is open to submissions from poets around the world. All forms, styles and material are accepted.

This version incorporates cutting edge Tilt Scrolling capabilities using the onboard accelerometer device. iPad Tilt scrolling enables smooth, touch free scrolling of long documents, just tilt your iPad to scroll up or down the document you are reading.

New Comments Support allows users to see and submit comments via their iPad or the website. Each comment's source is now identified on www.thisisUll.com

A New More Section, introduces News, Help, Contact Us and brand new Content Partners to the platform. We are delighted to announce our first partnerships with Flax, Lancaster LitFest and Apples&Snakes.
